Science is perceived as a study that enables humans to better understand the world in which they inhabit. As a discipline, science covers a broad spectrum of topics including biology, chemistry, and physics. As the world continues to advance, the need for innovation becomes greater. The Dr. Xiaowei Chen Memorial Scholarship recognizes an individual who demonstrates skill, commitment, and a strong understanding in the science field of their interest. Up to $1,000 will be awarded

Eligibility | 申请条件

  • Asian American residing in New York City

  • Must be enrolled in a New York City high school

  • Minimum GPA of 90 on a 100-point scale

  • Academic letter of recommendation attesting to your interest and participation in the sciences.

  • Complete scholarship form (as shown below)
