Art is a discipline that can lead to a significant and fulfilling career. Whether your passion lies in the fine arts or practical/ applied design, to make a living as an artist you must be talented. It is crucial for artists to possess a unique voice and the capacity to communicate their ideas through their desired mediums. Meipiao’s Art Scholarship is dedicated to sponsoring Asian American artists who demonstrate great talent and potential and the desire to grow and improve. Up to $1,000 will be awarded.

艺术类是极具前景与自我成就感的职业发展方向。无论是热衷美术还是实用/应用设计，艺术家们倾注全力打造完美的媒介，用心向欣赏者们传达他们独特的声音和想法，个人天赋与才华在其中体现得淋漓尽致。美漂艺术奖学金致力于赞助在艺术方面表现出巨大才能，潜力和兴趣的亚裔青少年。该项目最高可提供1,000美元奖学金。

Eligibility | 申请条件

  • Asian American residing in New York City

  • Must be enrolled in a New York City high school

  • Minimum GPA of 90 on a 100-point scale

  • Demonstrate artistic skills and commitment in fine arts, including all visual and performing arts (drawing, film, theater, fashion, photography, graphic design, dance, music, etc.)

    • Portfolio of work or resume that details experience in the arts

    • A professional or academic letter of recommendation that comments on the applicant’s ability in the arts

  • Complete scholarship form (as shown below)

  • 居住在纽约市的亚裔青少年

  • 现就读于纽约市的中学

  • 平均学分绩点高于90分（100分为满分）

  • 表现出优秀的艺术技巧或美术功底，包括所有视觉和表演艺术（绘画，电影，戏剧，时装，摄影，平面设计，舞蹈，音乐等）

    • 可提供作品集或涵盖相关艺术经验的简历

    • 具有学术或专业领域人士开具的，针对申请者艺术能力的推荐信
